Silverlight Mobile (with Nokia support!)
IntoMobile is breaking the news that Microsoft is working on a Silverlight implementation for both Windows Mobile, Nokia’s S40, S60 and Maemo operating systems. Wow, although I hoped they would announce a Windows Mobile WPF/Silverlight implementation at the Mix08, this is even better than I expected. I’m wondering how they are going to deploy it. Will it become part of a mobile browser, standalone apps…. I guess we will here more these comming days. I can only hope they will include support mobile specific features like GPS, SMS, phone status features like in the compact framework (battery status, incomming messages, etc.) and offcourse LINQ
